Everything from spiders to balrogs can be seen in the “ Monster of Mordor” trailer, which debuted on Monday, and it looks like some are just as susceptible to branding as the orcs and their leaders.
The orcs players battle across Mordor will form the backbone of Shadow of War’s campaign, from an adversarial standpoint, but they aren’t the only villains we’ll face in the next chapter of Talion’s story. And it looks like Shadow of War might even help us get our kaiju battle fix when it hits PC and consoles this fall. The trailer offers an early look at several creatures that didn’t appear in Monolith’s first Middle-earth adventure, some of which can apparently be converted by Talion (for how long, we don’t know). A new trailer for Middle-earth: Shadow of War provides a better look at the non-orc enemies we’ll encounter in the upcoming sequel to Shadow of Mordor.
